It is always possible to record the talks. Please tell in advance so we can find a good place for the microphone.

Body Re-balancing, introduction Trager approach

Boddy re-balancing, involves instruction in the use of self-care movements. Simple, effortless movements (some call it even dumb movements) to encourage playful exploration of "what could be freer" for your body. To enter a state of nothingness.

 

Integrating body re-balancing into your daily life (or just to remember the feeling you explore) will allow you to enhance and recall feelings of ease, freedom, flexibility and joy. Body re-balancing can become part of the way you take care of yourself and relieve stress and tension.

 

There are 3 distinctive factors to make this an unique approach or discipline:

 

1.    We concentrate and become very aware of the weight of the body parts we are focusing on at the time.

2.    We allow ourselves to be playful an to go for explorations, examination and discovering.

3.    We continuously ask ourselves questions:

a.    “What could be freer”…?”

b.    “What could be lighter…?”

c.    “What about doing this with half of the effort…?

 

We also work with shifting weights. Very gently and slowly moving and let the weight of body parts do the work.

Tibetan Singing Bowl Relaxation and Energy flow workshops

 

Starting half December 2016 we offer you the possibility to join and practice one of our Singing Bowl workshops. A magical experience of the transformational power of our so far eight Master-quality® Tibetan singing bowls. We intend to extent our antique Tibetan medium “Buddha bowl” (“Hand wah-wah bowl” as well) and our modern “Cycle of 5ths Fundamental set” every year with a different but additional unique bowl.

 

Since the time of the historical Gautama Buddha (560 – 489 B.C.) the harmonics of singing bowls have been used to induce meditation and relaxation, reduce stress, Chakra balancing & overall holistic healing.

 

When Singing Bowls are played they produce a rich blend of harmonic overtones. These overtones have direct effect on the Chakras, that awaken a beautiful & powerful mystery. Their rich sonic vibrations alter space, mind & time.

 

The human body can be compared to an orchestra, where each organ, tissue, and cell is like a different instrument. Just like in an orchestra, the individual parts all have different tones, overtones and unique attributes that have to be tuned in order to play harmoniously together.

 

The eerily beautiful tones and overtones of the bowls bring new life to stagnated parts, and they re-awaken the healing powers within the body. Heart coherence for Health, Well-being and Spirituality

Introduction:

Your heartbeat is constantly changing and the changes are all part of your nervous system, your emotional body and even your spiritual self.

 

When you are experiencing heart coherence, you have an increased sense of well-being. There is much less stress on your heart. Your heart gets stronger and your heart rate slows and becomes more regular. Your mind slows down and becomes more alert and engaged as well as calm and balanced at the same time.

Coherence occurs when you put your heart rhythms into a smooth and regular pattern like a series of ocean waves, or a ripple across a pond. There is a smooth rhythm to your heartbeats and this impacts your brainwaves, your immune system, your emotional state and your physical state.

Coherence: What is Coherence?

 

Most of us have experienced driving our car and knowing it is not running well. This can be due to many factors, one of which could be that the timing is off. This means the spark plugs are not firing in a synchronized manner. The car still runs, just not very well.

This is true for our bodies as well. When they are out of sync, they work, just not as well as they could. This means that our autonomic nervous system, hormonal system and immune system are not working in a synchronized manner.

 

We fix our car by adjusting the timing so that the spark plugs fire with the proper order and synchronization. We can re-synchronize our body systems by creating a state of Coherence and thus improving our mental focus, emotional stability and physical resilience. This allows us to operate in a more efficient manner in all areas of life.
